  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
  • Please make sure to try on items with care to ensure eligibility for return or exchange.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, kindly contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

During Flash Sales (including Black Friday): No refunds or exchanges are accepted after the courier has left with your order.
